Look at the "according to" part...God doesn't just give us gifts out of the power he has...he gives it according to the power he has. the phrase "according to" denotes something in proportion to...so the phrase means that God blesses us in a way that is proportionate to the power that he himself has! Now, Paul has just said that God can do much more than we could even think to ask for, and he gives us according to his power...that means, he gives us blessings in proportion with his own infinite power. That's a lot of blessing. And that's pretty cool =)
